Our Story

Built for Life. Backed by Generations.

Sterchi Homes LLC is rooted in a rich family legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and generations of building expertise.

For generations, the Sterchi name has been associated with homebuilding throughout the Evansville area. Much of that reputation has grown through referrals, repeat customers and relationships built one home at a time.

The trade began with Carl Sterchi, who established the family's strong foundation in Olney, Illinois. His son, Brad Sterchi, learned the craft firsthand, building his first home in 1976 — going on to build well over a thousand homes with Sterchi Homes Corp and develop thriving communities across the region for decades. Back in the early 2000's, Brad was already known locally for developing subdivisions like Clear Creek Village on Evansville's north side and Fall Creek & Mansfield in Newburgh. And yes, he's still developing communities today!

Raised in the industry, Kyle Sterchi spent his early years on job sites alongside his father, Brad. There, he developed a deep, firsthand knowledge of the dedication, precision, and hard work that define exceptional homebuilding. Today, Kyle proudly carries forward the Sterchi legacy, combining decades of proven building experience with modern innovation to serve homeowners in Evansville and Newburgh.

This three-generation tradition has shaped Sterchi Homes LLC into more than a business — it is a continuation of a family commitment to quality, trust, and building homes designed to stand the test of time.
